One-time project delivery

Ongoing service agreements

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use TRENDI services, you must:

Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Use the services for lawful purposes only

If you are using TRENDI services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any actions taken by users who access your account.

5. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Other payment methods as agreed with the client

5.2 Pricing

Prices are provided in proposals, invoices, service packages, or written agreements. TRENDI reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

5.3 Billing and Subscriptions

If you purchase subscription services, you authorize TRENDI to bill you on a recurring basis according to your selected plan or invoice agreement.

5.4 No Refund Policy

All payments are final. TRENDI provides a strict no-refund policy.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Subscription fees

Project fees

Setup fees

Consulting fees

Development fees

If you cancel a service, you will remain responsible for any unpaid amounts owed up to the cancellation date.

6. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription or service agreement at any time unless otherwise stated in a written contract.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. Access to certain services may continue until the end of the paid billing period.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use TRENDI services lawfully and responsibly.

You must not use our services to:

Upload, transmit, or store illegal content

Upload copyrighted content without authorization

Upload or distribute malware, spyware, or harmful code

Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others

Promote hate speech, violence, discrimination, or illegal activity

Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt TRENDI systems

Misuse AI tools to generate harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent content

Collect personal data unlawfully

Use the services for spam or unauthorized marketing

TRENDI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms.

8. AI SERVICES DISCLAIMER

TRENDI provides AI-based outputs that may include generated text, automation workflows, chatbot responses, or AI-assisted marketing material.

You understand and agree that:

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated

AI-generated content may contain errors

You are solely responsible for verifying outputs before using them

TRENDI is not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs

TRENDI services do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Any output should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND INTEGRATIONS

TRENDI may integrate or rely on third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to:

OpenAI / ChatGPT

Google Gemini

Kling

Grok

Nano Banana

Twilio (calls, SMS, and optionally WhatsApp depending on customer needs)

You acknowledge that these third-party services may have their own terms and policies, and TRENDI is not responsible for service interruptions, failures, or changes caused by third parties.

TRENDI is not liable for data processing done by third-party providers, including AI providers.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 TRENDI Intellectual Property

All materials owned or developed by TRENDI remain TRENDI’s property, including:

Workflows

Templates

Automation systems

Scripts

Code

Designs

Strategies

Documentation

Branding

Methods and processes

You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reuse TRENDI intellectual property without written permission.

10.2 Client Content

You retain ownership of any data, materials, content, or business information you provide to TRENDI.

You grant TRENDI a limited license to use your content solely to provide the services.

10.3 AI Outputs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AI-generated outputs created for you during service delivery may be used by you for your business purposes.

TRENDI may reuse its internal methods, templates, and non-client-specific knowledge gained during the project.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

TRENDI agrees to treat client business information as confidential and not intentionally disclose it to unauthorized parties except:

when required by law

when necessary to deliver the services using third-party providers

Clients also agree not to disclose TRENDI’s proprietary methods, pricing, workflows, or confidential business information.

12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

12.1 Termination by TRENDI

TRENDI may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

you violate these Terms

you fail to pay outstanding invoices

you misuse the services

your activities create legal or security risks

required by law or regulatory action

12.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your services at any time by written notice or contacting [email protected].

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

your access may be removed

automation tools and integrations may stop

you remain responsible for unpaid fees

any licenses granted to you end unless otherwise agreed

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

TRENDI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

loss of profits

loss of business

loss of data

service interruption

reputational damage

AI output errors

TRENDI’s total liability for any claim related to the services shall be limited to the amount you paid to TRENDI in the last 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TRENDI provides services “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties that:

the services will be uninterrupted or error-free

AI outputs will be accurate or reliable

automation systems will produce specific business results

TRENDI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

15. DATA PRIVACY

TRENDI processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

TRENDI shall not be responsible for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

natural disasters

internet outages

platform failures

third-party provider downtime

cyberattacks

governmental actions

war or civil unrest

17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

If a dispute arises, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it amicably first.

If no resolution is reached, disputes may be handled through:

Arbitration (if agreed), and/or

The competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon

TRENDI reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in any jurisdiction where the user is located if necessary.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

TRENDI may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
